Join CyAN APAC to stay informed of professional and personal development opportunities

We held our third event down at our Jones Bay Wharf headquarters. Members enjoyed hot BBQ food, a stunning view of the Harbour Bridge, and of course our trademark networking and fellowship.

We heard from JC Vega as he recounted the highs and lows of cyber ops through the lens of his long military career and his current role advising IBM’s cyber range. A key takeout was: In times of crisis you need friends to call on. Networks like CyAN provide trusted contacts who will be there for you when you need advice or an independent take on what you’re seeing.

As this snappy video shows, informality and joyful fellowship have become a hallmark of CyAN’s way of linking our substantive cyber agenda with the best of the best in the industry. Somehow, doing it over a BBQ by the water makes it just so much more fun.
CyAN APAC launched in Melbourne on 8 May.
